At Regal Jewelry, our unwavering commitment to responsible employment underscores our dedication to the well-being of our valued employees. To enhance the convenience and safety of our employees, we take pride in our expansive parking lot, covering an area of more than 13,000 square meters. This spacious facility provides our employees access to safe and convenient parking each day. Moreover, we have harnessed the potential of the parking lot roof by installing solar panels. This initiative is poised to generate a substantial amount of electricity, aligning with our commitment to reducing our Scope 2 carbon emissions associated with energy purchase and production. In addition to our extensive parking facilities, we proudly feature two expansive canteens spanning more than 3,000 square meters. With two canteens, our employees can enjoy a well-priced meal during their lunch break, with a focus on maintaining safety and good food quality standards.

Our canteen hosts over 10 shops offering a variety of food, from rice to noodles, together with beverages, snacks and fruits. A unique feature is the option for our employees to personally prepare Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad), fostering a relaxing activity that builds stronger interpersonal relationships among colleagues.
